Hillcrest Office Rentals
My freelance partner and I created this digital campaign for a client looking to fill single-tenant office spaces in their building in Bellevue, WA. Together, we captured photography and videography of the spaces, created a company email, established company search engine presence, developed a full website to act as a home base for all information and inquiries, then published paid digital ads to promote the available offices on Google Ads and other relevant sites (client preferred licensed mental health professionals). The website received great praise for the organization of information and ease of access from interested parties.

Google Ads
We ran flighted paid Google Ads targeted to individuals in the greater Seattle area. We updated the messaging based on the status of the available rooms. We chose to run flighted ads so while we gathered inquiries, tours, and contracts from the ads we were not spending money in parallel.
